Return policy and cancellations

The submission of an order is a binding proposal for the purchase of these products at the total price indicated at the time of submission of the order, includes VAT, packaging and shipping costs, other applicable charges and discounts. The order is completed with its acceptance by the COMPANY by sending a relevant confirmation email to the e-mail address you indicated when placing the order in question. In case you do NOT receive an order confirmation message, please contact info@helenstones.gr email address immediately and request that the submission of your order be successfully completed.

You have the right to return the products you bought, without penalty and without any justification for which you wish to return them. The deadline is 14 calendar days from the receipt of the cancellation request. However, it may be delayed in returning the money if they do not receive the products or proof of their return. The refund amount includes only the costs paid by the consumer for the purchase. A prerequisite is that the product to be returned is in the same condition as you received it, i.e. that it has not suffered damage or damage and is accompanied by the retail receipt and its change card, pointing out that the product in question concerns a return in accordance with Article 8 of the GC. To avoid your own inconvenience, it is advisable to check during the delivery of your order the condition of the products and the intactness of their packaging to immediately detect any defects or problems with the product, or the packaging. The refund is made within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation request. However, it may be delayed if we do not receive the products or the order receipt.
