How can I make a purchase through your site?
The purchase process is easy and simple, you select the category of clothes you are interested in from the menu at the top of the website (if you want you can also use the search filters on the left side of the clothes page to find by type, size , color or brand).

Once you find what you want, select the size and then click “Add to Cart”, if you want to complete your purchase, click on the “basket” icon on the top right and then follow the instructions that appear there.
What payment methods does your store support?

For the best service we have chosen to use the most common payment methods:

Cash on delivery (only for orders within Greece)
Via credit, debit and prepaid cards of Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, Discover
Using the Masterpass e-wallet

For your own security, we are not able to accept sensitive information regarding your credit / debit card over the phone.
Is it safe to use my credit / debit card?
The online identification process is immediate and is activated every time a credit card is used in our e-shop, creating a secure e-commerce channel.

All card payments are processed through the VIVA electronic payment platform and use TLS 1.2 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of encrypting information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decrypt it using the appropriate key.

All orders placed on Fridays, after 12.30 and throughout the weekend are processed on Monday.

The site undertakes to send you the product in 2-4 working days from the date of receipt of the order.
I have bought a product through your eshop, can I change it?
You can make a change within 20 days from the date of issue of the receipt. Necessary for the completion of the process is the existence and proof of purchase.
