PRODUCT CHANGE
The company provides the opportunity to change one piece of jewelry with another within 14 days from the date of receipt. The customer must return the product in excellent condition upon receipt. The basic condition for the change is that the returned product has not been used, is in excellent condition, just before its sale, in its complete original packaging (box, etc.) which should not have any damage / alterations and with all the contents of the original packaging. The company covers the following cases:
Change (because you want to change your choice)
In this case, after we receive the product and it meets the above conditions, you place a new order with the product you want. Shipping costs for the whole process are your charge. We inform you that if you have the opportunity to come to the store to make the change, replacement or repair, the process of shipping costs is omitted.
Change (because you received the wrong order)
In this case, after we receive the product and it meets the above conditions, the correct order will be sent to you after consultation.
Defective product warranty
In the event that any of our jewelry shows a defect within 30 calendar days of receipt, we will replace or repair it at no charge to you, unless such action is impossible or requires disproportionate costs. In this case, after receiving the defective product, we replace it. If not available, you will receive an email informing you of the delivery date (maximum delivery time is 10 business days).
In case you want a refund you can do so within 5 days from the day you receive your order.
Returns are accepted if the product is not worn and is in its original condition.

Shipping costs for the whole process are your charge. We inform you that if you have the opportunity to come to the store to make the return of the jewelry, the process of shipping costs is omitted.
The amount of the return will be deposited within 5 working days, after we receive the return package, in the bank account you will give us.
You will need to provide us with the iban or bank account, beneficiary name and bank account you would like us to refund.
